In a bid to assemble technical and financial partners, the Ministry of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts is organizing its very first edition of the Cooperation and Partnership days from the 12th to the 14th of July 2021 at the Yaounde Conference Hall. These technical and financial partners are undeniably key players in supporting government’s efforts to achieve its development objectives through financing various technical and/or technological innovations as well as the provision of technical support and other strategic resources to new markets
This initiative is aimed at examining all national and foreign technical and financial actors, cooperation and partnership tools as well as mechanisms in favor of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts sectors. It also seeks to strengthen the contributions of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts in the production of national wealth particularly through the substantial improvement of cooperation and partnership offers with Technical and financial partners alongside all other stakeholders.
Worthy to underline that the Cooperation and Partnership days will entail thematic workshops, business to business meetings and fruitful exchanges with the goal of understanding the opportunities and constraints of cooperation and partnership in the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts sector. These workshops will also shade more light on available support schemes, an evaluation of their efficiency and their associated bottlenecks thereby laying the ground work for their improvement.
